Description: Not for the faint of heart! Spawned as a result of outlawed riding at Percy Warner Park, Hamilton Creek offers mountain bikers approximately 11 miles of some of the most rugged, technical singletrack available in Middle Tennessee. What it lacks in hills, Hamilton Creek makes up in its variety of trails for the novice and the expert. The trail is divided into two loops (on each side of Bell Road). While the three-mile loop closest to the trail head is short and relatively flat, it consists of many rock and root crossings, for an intermediate level ride. The advanced loop is a 7-mile obstacle course" featuring some technical climbs, logs, roots and rocks aplenty. CARS ARE OFTEN BROKEN INTO AT THIS PARK! DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES OR DUFFEL BAGS IN PLAIN VIEW! Your car is safest if you park it near the two port-o-toilets as this area sees the most traffic. DON'T park your car near the trailhead as this area experiences the highest amount of break-ins as it is more secluded.
